Our website is intended for businesses that want to advertise their apps. It does not have user accounts. We use analytics to understand how the website is used, as described below, and we do not target advertising to people based on their visits to this website.

Information We Collect
We collect only the information described below. Fields marked as required on our forms are needed for us to respond to you. If you prefer not to use the forms, you can email us instead.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company, app name or app store URL, monthly budget range, mobile measurement partner (MMP) if you choose one, and your message.
Launch Your Campaign builder
When you submit a campaign request, we collect the app you selected (its name, category, developer name, app store URL, average rating, and rating count, which come from public app store listings), the pricing model you chose (CPI or CPA), your target bid, your starting monthly budget, and your name and work email address.
App search
The text you type into the app search box is used to look up matching apps in public app store listings. Searches are not linked to your name or email address.
Emails you send us
If you email us directly, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and anything else you choose to include.
Usage and analytics information
When you visit the website, our analytics services, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics, collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the page that referred you, your browser, device, and screen size, your language, page performance, and your approximate location (such as country or city) based on your IP address. See “Analytics and Cookies” below.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting and network providers receive technical information that your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request.
When you submit a form, our server sends your IP address and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token to Cloudflare to confirm that the submission came from a person (see “Bot Protection” below).
What we do not collect
This website does not ask for phone numbers, postal addresses, payment details, or government identification numbers. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your messages.
Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our contact form and the final step of the Launch Your Campaign builder use Cloudflare Turnstile to help block spam and automated abuse. When those forms load, your browser loads Turnstile from Cloudflare, and Turnstile collects information about your browser, device, and interaction with the page to help tell people apart from bots.
When you submit a form, our server sends the Turnstile token and your IP address to Cloudflare to verify the submission. Cloudflare handles this information as described in its own privacy policy.
If Turnstile cannot run, for example because it is blocked in your browser, you will not be able to submit the forms, but you can still email us at [email protected].
How We Use Personal Information
- To respond to your inquiry or campaign request, including preparing a proposed campaign plan and communicating with you about the services you asked about
- To run the app searches you request
- To understand how visitors use the website and measure its performance, using analytics
- To protect our forms and website from spam, fraud, and automated abuse
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
We use form submissions only to respond to your request. We do not add them to a marketing list or customer relationship management (CRM) system. We do not use information collected through this website for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. If we want to use personal information for a purpose that is materially different from those described here, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent.
How Long We Keep Information
Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox, which is hosted by Google. We keep form submissions and related emails for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, and then delete them. We keep information longer only where needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or establish or defend legal claims.
Analytics information is kept according to our Google Analytics data-retention setting and Cloudflare’s practices. Technical logs kept by our hosting and network providers are retained according to those providers’ practices.
Security
We take reasonable measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, bot protection on our forms, and validation of form submissions.
No website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us. Please do not send sensitive information through our forms or by email.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.
Your Choices and Requests
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, described in the notices below.
Additional Notice for EEA and UK Residents
This notice applies if the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR applies to our processing of your personal information. Berry Good Media LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

We use your personal information for the purposes described in “How We Use Personal Information.” The recipients of your information are listed in “Who Receives Your Information,” and the criteria we use to decide how long to keep it are described in “How Long We Keep Information.”
Fields marked as required on our forms are needed for us to respond to your request. You are not otherwise required to provide personal information to us.
Your rights
Subject to conditions and exceptions set by law, you have the right to:
- Access: ask whether we process your personal information and receive a copy of it
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Erasure: ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your information in certain circumstances
- Objection: object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests, and object at any time to use of your information for direct marketing
- Portability: receive information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another organization, where processing is based on your consent or a contract and carried out by automated means
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on your consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew it
Making a request
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We may ask for information to confirm your identity.
We will respond without undue delay and within one month of receiving your request. If a request is complex or we receive a large number of requests, we may extend this period by up to two further months, and we will tell you about the extension and the reasons for it within the first month.
We do not charge a fee to respond to a request. However, where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee based on our administrative costs or decline to act on it, and we may charge a reasonable fee for additional copies of your information.
Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EEA country where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred. In the UK, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You are also welcome to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
International transfers
Our service providers, including Resend, Google, Cloudflare, and our hosting provider, may process personal information in countries outside the EEA and the UK, including the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

California residents can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them by emailing [email protected], as described in “Your Choices and Requests.”
We do not sell personal information. The categories of personal information we collect are described in “Information We Collect,” the third parties that receive it are listed in “Who Receives Your Information,” and how this website responds to browser Do Not Track signals is described in “Analytics and Cookies.”
Additional Notice for Canadian Residents
If Canadian privacy law, such as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), applies to our handling of your personal information, you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
You may also withdraw your consent to our continued use of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. If you do, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry or provide the services you asked about.
